Prayer Request Form

We would love to pray for the request that you have. We believe in the power of prayer before God who is the ultimate authority. We place all of our requests under the will of God and trust Him with His plans and purposes.

Please fill out the form below. We will add your request to our Stand in the Gap prayer list for a period of 30 days unless you ask us to remove it sooner. At the end of 30 days, we will attempt to update the request or close out the request.

We have certain groups within the church that send cards to those who are dealing specifically with cancer. If the person being prayed for is dealing with cancer, please place their address below so we can send a card.
