Pastor Manuel was born in the country of El Salvador. He grew up in a Christian home, the son of pastors. He immigrated to the United States of North America with his wife Marina in 2013, where they had two children, Joseph and Gadiel. God called him to the pastoral ministry in 2018, leading the Spanish-speaking Church "Iglesia de Restauracion Jesucristo la Roca" , until today. He completed four years of Bible study at the Hispanic Theological Institute of North Carolina (ITH). He loves music and likes to practice some sports activities.
